Ingredients


  • Simple truth oatmeal
  • Bananas
  • Walnuts
  • Sweetener: Honey / Maple Syrup / Brown Sugar
  • Vanilla protein powder of your choice
  • Milk
  • Cinnamon
 

Steps


  1. Cook your oatmeal, Microwave or Stovetop
  1. Slice up banana, toss in with walnuts and your choice of sweetener
  1. Throw in a scoop or two of protein powder, add milk and stir until desired thickness
  1. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
