Grilled Steak & Avocado
Ingredients
- Steak (Any cut: T-Bone, Ribeye, etc.)
- Seasonings (Salt, pepper, oregano, etc.)
- Chimichurri Sauce (Optional)
Steps
- Pat your steak dry
- Season it, let it rest for 5-20 mins
- Make your chimichurri sauce (optional)
- Grill it, ~3-5 mins/side (Medium rare is the only way to go)
- Serve with half a sliced avoacdo
